Company Background

TAI-STAR is a manufacturer of machinery and assembly parts, founded in Year 1992. We have 20 years experiences in manufacturing screw, barrel and assembly parts for injection/ extrusion molding machine. With our motto " Quality first, better service", we have taken strict quality check measure from the stage of designing right up to the stage of final completion of production process and aim to produce the product with zero defect.

Our customers come from different countries. TAI-STAR team aim at providing the best services to customers which include providing short lead time, best price and best after sales services. These allow us to create good relationship with customer. Moreover, our engineering department can design special screw and barrel design for some special plastic material such as HDPE, LDPE. This special design can provide high output with low energy consumption. With our great effort on product quality and services, we win a lot of support from different customers which from machinery and plastics field. TAI-STAR will make improvement continuously so as to win customer support from different countries.

Our company is located in Dongguan with about 600 workers. We invested different kind of new machinery equipment which provide a solid foundation for quality.

Quality Control

Quality check is the last stage before deliver the goods to customer and the most important stage in our production process. Therefore, in order to carry out our target of achieving zero defects, strict quality check is conducted at every stage of the production. Start from the designing, manufacturing and up to final stage of packing, strict quality check is carried out. This is to ensure that only goods of high quality are delivered to our customers.

In recent years, our product quality obtained the consistent appreciation from customers but we never feel satisfaction and will do more effort toward the target of perfect production.
